Too often these days, food is full of things we don’t recognise. Additives, shortcuts, and tech-driven tricks have taken over the simple joy of a proper bake. I want to bring that joy back — with real ingredients, sourced responsibly, and prepared the way they should be.

Everything we use is chosen with purpose: fresh fruits from Charles Stamper and Blacketyside Farm, organic flour from Shipton Mill, and rich, single-origin chocolate from Luker, a company that trades directly with cocoa farmers.

I bake the way I would for my own family. No compromises. Just good food, made well.
